Course Objectives
This 2 day small group coaching program
is guaranteed to teach you the MUST HAVE set of techniques,
secrets and tools to be a more dynamic presenter and leader.
This program is an intensive small group coaching program
focusing on your role to present a dynamic speech, to
facilitate meetings, to influence others. With a limited
number of participants, this workshop offers more direct and
intense coaching and feedback to all attendees.
This course focuses on the specific needs and challenges
primarily focused on presentation skills and the related
skills to influence others.
In the various roles of leadership, sales, training and
speeches, our ability to communicate is at the core. In
leadership we must influence and guide, in management we must
understand and guide, in sales we must persuade and guide, in
presentation and training, we must impact our audience. All of
these areas are deeply related to one another by a core of
psychological and behavioral concepts.
This 2 day program is highly interactive providing continuous
explanation, demonstration, coaching, role-playing, group
discussions, individual rehearsal of skills and tools. This
course is NOT a general beginner¡¯s course. This course will
give participants new, dynamic and practical knowledge with a
primary focus on very specific presentation, influence and
persuasion concepts based on behavioral psychology, hypnotic
language scripts, and the neurolinguistic (NLP) behavioral
model.

Internationally, Mario Cavolo has taught

persuasion skills on managing, persuading and motivating in

Mario Cavolo is a certified 15-year veteran in the application
and teaching of NLP (Neurolinguistic programming) and related
linguistic tools in performance psychology made famous
internationally by others such as Anthony Robbins and Chen An
Zi. In addition, he has extensive media and PR experience as a
producer, TV show host, and professional actor.
He is the long-term contractor of internal training with
Philips, Nokia, Knowles and CHIC. He once did up to one year
internal training and coaching for senior managers with Nokia
Bejing, Nokia Hongkong and Nokia Shanghai. China based
