Keynote Speaker Profile

Ed Ruggero is an authoritative researcher, innovative integrator and worldwide renowned promoter of the leadership principles and discipline mode in west point(United States Military Academy). His prominent achievements in studying, practicing and promoting the west point way of leadership are widely recognized and recommended by United States Military Academy, FBI Academy, Forbes Magazine......
After graduating from West Point , Ed Ruggero was commissioned in the United States Army and served as an infantry officer in a variety of positions around the world. Awarded a Master's Degree in English from the University of North Carolina , Ed joined the faculty at West Point and was deeply involved in the academy¡¯s mission to help cadets become ¡°leaders of character¡± dedicated to service to the nation. He made painstaking efforts in the research, integration and innovation of leadership discipline programs in west point and his achievements won worldwide recognition.
His writings on leadership, his story-telling talents and the success of his first five books led to his being chosen to co-author the US Army Field Manual Army Leadership, which is used throughout the service.
Ed Ruggero is also a world class dynamic speaker. he has helped clients as diverse as the FBI, CitiFinancial, the New York City Police Department, Time, Inc., the CIA, Forbes, SAS Institute, Johnson & Johnson, and Hugo Boss USA develop the kind of leaders that people want to follow.
